If it is a Ford, F53 chassis, the only place I have found a parts listing is at Rock Auto.
That said, it needs to come out to determine what has worn internally. I would just replace it.

Mine has 2 temp switches under a plastic cover on the water heater. One of mine was bad. Got model # from part, ordered new from eBay. Fixed same problem on my '99.

I called a local propane company and they brought me a 200 (?) gallon tank, they also "teed" into my m/h propane line. They did everything and only charge rent on tank if you don't refill.

I also have a '99 Sun Voyager (gas) and it also sags on the left (drivers) side. Inspected everything and all is good! The problem seems to be that with two slides, propane tank, the fresh water tank...
