Yes they do, we have a Dometic but have had two Norcold's they have a tray inside that catches the water it is inside where the coils and such not in the refrigerator but had that plug up with mud...

Had a fifth wheel that the drain line had a loop in it, not a problem keeps bugs out right. The problem was the loop was higher than the drain so it would not drain, did the same thing as you...
