I use a woody!
Yes a broom handle that fits into a block, that is attached to bottom of bed.
A good woody keeps it up higher than flimsy rod. :D

Most trailers come with a 6 gallon water heater. Depends on the volume of water turned on, and is usually good for a couple showers in a row, if using the shut-off valve at lathering time.
