Re: Motorhome's will be like owning a classic car soon

Yes, it's a shame what they charge for these units and the quality is often lacking. Was 11 below in Wisconsin this morning, I can't wait for Spring!

Re: Specs for 2008 Canyon Trail by GS

Hi Dave, glad all is okay now. I had the same problem with both my Canyon Trails, I usually have to clear the vent line at least once a year.

Re: Specs for 2008 Canyon Trail by GS

The vent for your fresh water tank is probably plugged, if you use a small hose and blow into the vent it will clear out and you will be able to fill the tank. You should have a 60 gallon tank.

Re: Water pump and hot water heater ignitor issues

Your Suburban water heater should have a small rocker switch that has to be turned on for it to work on electric, this switch is on the outside of the water heater, take the cover off and it should...

Re: I have no 12 volt power

Does your unit have a battery disconnect switch? It may be in the off position so you just ran off the convertor until it overheated and shut down.

Re: 2013 gs conquest 269bhl

Re: NO POWER

If you keep it plugged in all the time I would change out the coverter for one with a smart charger otherwise you'll boil the battery dry. There are also DC automotive type fuses for the lights,...

Re: Leaking roof

You might want to check the TV antenna if you have one. Water can travel along the wire and end up anywhere. Once you locate the leak remove the skylight and have a fan blow air into the attic to...

There should be a sticker on the street side that has the vin # on it. On my Canyon Trail the vin # is also scribed on the pin box mount.
