The dealer is installing rear shocks and I should get the unit back today or tomorrow. We will try the shocks out this weekend and then maybe I can post whether or not they helped.

I welded small wheels onto the bottom of my hitch to just help the RV roll when it drags. This worked out very well, and doesn't cost much. About $50 per wheel, and I put two on.
