Well, I have no idea what I did to correct my electrical problem in the basement outlet, but they are working again. All the GFI outlets were working. All breakers were in place and not tripped. ...

Both outlets are 110v. We always have a small fridge plugged in and stored drinks for the kids outside. It stopped working, so I suspect a blown fuse somewhere, but I sure can find it anywhere.
