I experienced a blowout on the highway because of this issue. GS reimbursed me for tire replacement. That doesn't solve the problem.
Here is a repost from the GS Visa service manual. I checked...

Re: VISA 19ERD Bent Axle
Could be Toaobigal. I was also wondering about the fact that early this year, I had the dealer install a riser kit that raised the trailer about 3 - 4 inches. Perhaps that changed the way the axle is...

Re: Gulf Stream Visa Lift Kit
Wow, if it only takes an hour to install, then I may have gotten smoked on the labor! I think I ended up paying around $400 total, but I have the 19RSD. Maybe it's more difficult on that unit.

Re: Gulf Stream Visa
We had the lift kit installed. It helped immensely. Not sure what bottomed out on our trailer prior to the lift kit. Might have been the weight distribution bars or the jacks, but nothing drags now.

I really don't have any details on the lift kit. I had the dealer (Colerain RV in Cincinnati and Dayton, OH) order and install the kit in December 2010. I think it raises the trailer about 3 - 4...

We purchased the RSD in April and have been mostly very happy with it. My wife has a bad back and didn't like the mattress either, so she ordered a memory foam bed topper. Made a lot of difference.

I think the Visa's shape was helpful in towing. I previously pulled a 1999 Cub Areolight Hybrid which was a about 2,100 UVW and I notice little difference when pulling the Vias, which...
