Check the house battery, it's probably bad. I just recently purchased a new 2017 BTouring Cruiser 5291, and the house battery was bad. I put a new gel cell H8 size battery from WalMart with a limited 5 yr warranty, It's great, but heavy, and larger than the standard battery by a good bit, so you would want to make sure you have enough room.
