Default 2017 Innsbruck 262RLS Air Conditioning issues

We are new to camping and took our travel trailer out for the 6 or 7th weekend at the local state park in GA. It was hot/humid so the a/c ran most of the day. It was set on Auto fan and 75 degrees. At night, we experienced heavy rain and it seems that around 1 or 2 AM, the fan stayed on but cold air stopped coming out. In the morning, rain stopped but cold air was only coming out of the main unit. When we closed the main vents, it seemed the cold air was NOT rerouted to the other vents - including the one in the bedroom. This is a new trailer (purchased in February) so we are concerned that the A/C venting is not working. Anyone else have this issue?
