I used those travel braces faithfully on all of my travel trailers and they are all in a compartment in the original wrapper I think. I hope you put some Locktite on the set screw?

I agree, I'm less concerned about the hydraulic slides. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring the locktite with me, so I'm going to have to do it again, but now that I know what the issue is, we are looking at a 5 minute fix.
