Called Intellitec who makes the 00839 B.I.R.D. relay and told me the same thing but at rest when connected to shore power the inverter/charger charges both chassis and house batteries. I put a digital voltmeter on the battery terminals on the white rogers solenoid and did confirm it does charge both sets of batteries when connected to shore power.
