Really? I was told by one of your VP's who will remain nameless, that GS did, in fact, monitor this site. You are the first department head, that I know of, that has ever responded. For that, I thank you. I also want to thank you for the email addresses you included. I hope those folks know that you gave out their addresses and are prepared to respond to the needs of our little group.

I am out of warranty and on my own but we are constantly getting inquiries about who at GS to contact for technical and customer service so your post will help if our folks venture down to this category to read them.

By the way, sorry for changing the subject of the original purpose of this thread.
