Default The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

I purchased my FEMA trailer from a private individual two weeks after he got out of prison. ( unbeknownst to me) In retrospect, that was probably a bad start, but it go worse. After I bought the thing and discovered all the hidden structural damage, including a burst hot water tank, I realized that I was the victim of FRAUD with a capital F. I had spent quite a bit of time looking the trailer over, but as a rookie buyer, I really didn't know what to look for. There were some obvious things like a cracked window and filth...but I had no idea what I was in for. Since I bought the unit AS IS, I probably don't have much to stand on...but I asked a lot of questions before the purchase and was told everything "worked." As you'll see in a photo, that would have been a little difficult, concerning the hot water side of the plumbing. Enjoy the photo montage. Caveat Emptor
