We would like to make the list aware of the outstanding and caring service we have received from Shipp's RV in Chattanooga TN. Even though they were not our selling dealer, they agreed to perform all of our warranty work. The service writers gave us updates three times a day, and all work was done fairly and completely. As an added benefit, Chattanooga is a very nice place to visit while your work is being done.
