Thanks to both of you for responding!

Ron, I'm sure you're right. I know there are issues with Gulfstream, as there are with any other manufacturer. I've never owned a new motorhome before, but I'm expecting there will be things that need to be fixed from the get go. It's just the nature of a forum like this for people who are having trouble to get help, so I guess I got nervous after seeing a lot of the problems.

And November can't come quick enough for me--the factory rep is going to look to see if there are any like ours in stock or being manufactured, and if so, we'll get it earlier, but for now, we're going to have to wait.

DB, yes, we LOVED that floorplan--we don't look at a lot of RVs, but that day at the show, we saw a lot of floorplans we liked, but this one really stood out for us.

The chassis is a 24,000 workhouse--it's heavier than the 20,500 and the 22,000--is the 24,000 what you were referring to? I don't know much about these, so bear with me!
