Default Swiming in the bathroom

I just traded up from a popup that only had electricity and a sink no bathroom. I purchased a 1997 Gulfstream 24 foot travel trailer from craigslist. We were able to test everything but the water when I picked it up. So nice warm day today and I purchased a pressure regulator today connected water for the first time and had a small pool in the bathroom. I turned off the water fast and found that the leak is the water intake on the back of the toilet. The water valve on the back is not leaking but where you actually screw it together. Water comes around the thread. It is like it is not sealed. Can you replace the seal in the connector?
