How did the auto store check it? Did they load test it, or just do a simple voltage test?

You can get a multimeter or a voltmeter and check the battery itself to see what voltage it is reading when your monitor shows it at the different levels. You certainly don't want it to get too low, under 50% of charge (about 12.0 volts), or permanent damage can result.

Have you checked the water levels in the battery cells?

Finally, I would recommend checking the battery cables, the connections at the battery and the connections to the coach. The negative cable to the frame (ground) is very susceptible to rust and corrosion. Good luck.
