Our 2007 Endura (6340) came with a factory mounted spare tire. It is mounted underneath between the rear axle and the hitch. It has a manual crank assembly to raise and lower the tire. I haven't had the opportunity to do this as I have not had any need to remove the tire. I will try to get underneath and snap some pictures in the next day or so.
