GS called me again to day -to let me know they were at the next level and as soon as they can will let me know more -i have to say they have stayed in touch -i know some things are harder to do than others -but i feel they are trying to do what is best in taking care of me and my RV -so anyone out there having trrouble hang in there -it may take some time -just give them a chance
