You need to replace the whole thing. Its worthless and has been since mid 2007 when they put more satellites in the sky. We replaced ours with a winegard traveler 1000 (dishnetwork) and it works great. They just left the old box in the compartment and ran the wires on the roof to that compartment. I have to take that out yet and figure out a way to mount the sony surround sound in the compartment next to where it was. I had to use that space for my two TV DVR receiver. Any ideas on that?
