Correct, they were built to be lived in and hooked right up in a trailer park community (like a mini manufactured home). It has true sewer hook ups. It even has a pocelain toilet vs an acutal travel trailer toilet. Our local RV mechanic said they would have to change the stool and some of the plumbing to have the gray and black water holding tanks hooked up and working properly.
