The 2007 Endura is almost certainly on a Chevy Kodiak chassis with a 19.5" tire. I don't think any of the International chassis coaches were produced as a 2007 model year. I ordered mine in February of 2007 and it is classified as a 2008 by GS and International. I have not seen any spare tire carriers on the International chassis.
