Never 13 to 14 but on our last trailer, I switched from 15 to 16. Same idea. Just go by your tire dealer and ask them. Best if you take the trailer so they can look at axle placement and other clearance issues. Bigger tires are always better and the only additional cost is the one time purchase of some new wheels.
