I am sure that there could be a way to change the wiring to lift and lower the tag axles on your coach. I know that the reason why tags are designed to lift under certain situations is to prevent the tag tires from wearing out prematurely. Some will lift every time you make a sharp turn. I have not heard of anybody changing that process, but I am sure it can be done to operate manually.
