Hello,

I'm going to look at one of these tomorrow. I know very little about the model and reference material is seemingly non-existent. The owner of the trailer doesn't seem know all that much about it so I'd like to verify some things.

The wall and ceiling framing is aluminum, not wood?

The roof is rubber? Any usual life expectancy for the roof?

Any particular areas vulnerable to leaking and water damage?
