Most RV's have a noisy pump just some more so, mine very noisy I made a box lined with foam rubber to fit over cut notches for the lines this helped then i used expansion foam and sprayed under the water lines,(not at any joint connections) and where they go up the wall try to be neat after it drys check the noise level may need to spray other lines this is a major improvement .
