Default Good customer service experience

In October we purchased our TT from Terry Vaughn RV in Spring, Texas. Sale was very smooth, had negotiated price and trade in of 05 Fun Finder T139 before trip up to Spring (Houston) from Tropical Texas.

There was some damage noted to the Dinette during the PDI that was brought up by the PDI guy at the dealership. Repairs were going to require ordering parts from Gulfstream. We took delivery, they ordered the parts and we returned home.

There are no Gulfstream dealers in the Rio Grande Valley, so Gulfstream said find a local shop to do the work and they would pay them direct. Swenson RV said they would do the warranty repairs, which were completed and all is looking good. Also had Swenson install ceiling exhaust fan and battery cut-off.

Terry Vaughn RV, Gulfstream, and Swenson RV all were very professional and I am very pleased with the outcome. Getting good customer service from anyone these days is tough. Having 3 companies working together like this is unheard of.

Just wanted to let everyone know that good results can be had, and I am very grateful to everyone concerned……. Don Myers…..
