Hello, and welcome! First for me would be repacking the wheel bearings, followed by making sure the star wheels on the brakes are adjusted properly, followed by a fine-tooth comb inspection of the tires, as these are all safety related, and make for a really bad day if they fail on the road.
Next, check and inspect the roof and retouch the sealant anywhere that is suspect. Same with windows and moldings, etc. on the sides.
Open and look in all of the access panels and look for rodent or insect traces or nests, etc. Clean and inspect.
De-winterize fully. Clean, dust, vacuum. Run and exercise all of the systems to make sure there are no problems before you get where you are going.
