Default 07 SUNVOYAGER 8389 SERVICE

Recently during a trip out to the midwest The front windshield seperated in the upper corners ( bothwindshileds) from the coach body. I sealed the opening with RTV until I could get it back to VA. I contacted GULFSTREAM and was inquiring on any Info they could provide concerning this issue. I fully realized that the Coach was out of warranty from them. Mr. Scott Pullin V.P of Operations, discuss this issue with me and informed me of what was the cause. He then informed me that they would send a replacement gasket and instruction to the repair facility on how to correct the problem.

The problem was resolved and I was completly satisfied that they stood up behind the product and sent the gasket out at no charge to me. When I picked up the coach from the repair shop I paid the labor bill and sent a thank you note along with the invoice showing that it was installed. I fully expected to cover the cost of the installation since Gulfstream Supplied the repalcement gaskets and the unit was out of warranty with 17k miles on it. ( I purchased it New with 300 Miles on it) . Yesterday I recieved a check from GULFSTREAM for the full cost of the repairs.....

WAY TO GO GULFSTREAM...... I WILL CONTINUE TO BUY YOUR PRODUCT..... Thank you Mr Pullin for your help on this matter, I will continue to be a loyal GULFSTREAM Customer.

You hear about bad service or even no service at all most of the time on this board, but GULFSTREAM went above and beyond what I expected to receive on this matter. ( Only looking for info and ended up with the issue fixed at no cost to me)

Good to hear the Gulfstream stepped up.
I had a problem with my roof last year and contacted them this spring not really expecting anything but much to my surprise they reimbursed me for 1/2 of my cost on my trailer that was 2 years + out of warranty.

Might be the first signs of a company turn-around.
