Default Engine power switch

'06 TM T-36 - will not start; batteries check out just fine.
Anybody had any issues with the engine power switch just inside the door? The indicator light has not worked since I got the unit, but I am wondering if the switch could have gone bad preventing me from getting power....

Thanks

Michael
