Default Leveling Jacks

I just bought a 2004 endura gas 6340 with 13000 miles. Been in a shop its hole life when not used. The left rear jack is bleeding down on me. Over night it falls about 3". Going down the road it falls just a little to make the light come on the controls. What to do a bout this??? I,m very handy on fixing stuff. ( Owne a metal fab. shop ) All helpful hints or tips would be good. ( My First RV ) THANKS.......
