Default Onan 6500 Generator

I have had my gentertor pulled out and been using one on back of RV. I have talked to a few people and they all say you should get it fixed I just don't know where to get the work done, it's out and can drop off to be repaired or see what's wrong, but where, Tampa,FL Thank you in advance Happy New Year 🙌

Google; Generator repair

You will find a site that asks for your zip code. Should be quite a few in Tampa. Search their reviews to decide who is good and who is not.

Our local Ford dealer works on our generator. Go to a Ford dealer with a truck center.

Default Thanks

I actually started looking at it myself and noticed that when I did the tune up meaning change in the plug in the filter gas filter I didn't know they had to spark plugs so now I'm going to replace the other plug actually two new ones and give it a start and if it runs well great then I'm going to test the voltage and go from there I see the voltage is right inside the Box so it shouldn't be hard to figure where it what goes to what how's the wires that were in there. Ripped out when I took it RV and body shop and they're having to fabricate some doors and a window that was shot out I took out a few doors and that takes the slide so I'll be getting it back in about 3 months or sooner it's a Bryan's and Lake Wales Florida they have a very good reputation just generator man gone can't wait to get that Onan 6500 back in 😎

Okay since no one ever gave me any information I went straight to Cummings and got the wiring from them it's very easy the the green wire and the two white wires go to the bottom post you can see it if you look at it closely there's a bottom when after you see the 3 to go up and down and then your red and black go right there on your switch on your on off switch a producing power and I bought a remote start switch pigtail so now I'm ready to wired up tonight and get on the road I thought I would leave you this information since no one answered here is how you got connected 110 enjoy your day and God bless you and have fun adventures 😎🙏

Thanks for reporting back. I've been stuck before without any help. All you can do is ask and then post when you figure it out. If we all work together we will eventually have everything covered. Thanks for being part of the solution.
