Stupid question but where are the chassis batteries? I have no electric inside my unit and have no idea how to fix the problem.
Thanks for any help

I have a 2004 BT Cruiser. My unit has three batteries. Two in a little compartment just behind the passenger door. The other battery is in a compartment behind the drivers door. There is a large mechanical switch just on the left as you enter the RV near the floor. That turns power on and off to the inside of your RV.

Default house battery

Did you mean house battery compartment? I have a 2003 5230 BT Cruiser, the compartment is behind the driver's door. I put in two batteries in tandem.

And I will chime in with my 2--4 BT-5211 BT Cruiser. The House Batteries are in a compartment on the Drivers' side of the vehicle, tight behind the Generator.
The Switch inside the Cabin to turn on the 12 Volt power is located near the fuse /breaker panels which are right below the Clothes Closet. The BT5210 has a different layout but the switch probably looks the same.
have run 2 Golf Cart batteries in Series i Battery compartment.
