Default Air Conditioner controls

I have a 1994 Scenic Cruiser DP. There are three separate locations to turn on the air conditioner. One is at the entry step, one in the bedroom and one on the dash. There are 3 buttons that read Rear air, front air and generator. These switches are made by Intellitec. I can start the generator with no problem from each location. I can not get the air conditioner to come on unless i sit for 10 - 15 min pushing on the button over and over and then sometimes that doesn't work. Once I finally get it to come on it works great and will go right on until I disconnect from shore power. This is driving me nuts. I cannot start the A/c from any of the switch locations. There has to be a central relay that activates the A/C since none of the 3 locations work. Any idea would be helpful. Thanks As you all know , there is no wiring diagram for my model coach.
