Default Charging batteries on Track and Trail 17

I just purchased a new to me 2015 Track and Trail 17 and I'm now trying to noodle my way though a 1st timers newbie questions. It appears that the 2 batteries at the tongue are charged either by the TV or from being plugged into a power source. Can anyone confirm this for me?

Thank you

Probably correct. (The charge line from your tow vehicle is optional, and may or may not be present.)

If you plug the trailer into shore power (utility power) the converter will charge the batteries.
