Default Overheating,Theromastat replacement

Has anyone had the thermostats replaced in a 2008 Tour Master on a 2007 chassis with a 330 Mercedes.

I am having a overheating problem when going up a grade under load.

I have check the coolant level, belt and they are fine.

I have taken the bed apart to gain access to the removable panel under the bed to gain access to the top of the engine.
The access is to the rear of the engine and it is a problem to get to the front of the engine where the thermostat housing is located.

Any thoughts would be appreciated,

You might want to check the cooling fins on your radiator. Sometimes enough road grime accumulates to reduce airflow through the radiator and it can't keep the temperature under control. I would look at that before replacing any parts.
