Seems like your water heater bypass is on.

If not then try to flush out your hot water heater. Maybe it's full of deposits?

Harold,

The manifold on my 2007 Tour Master has valve positions marked for bypass, so look carefully at the valve labels -- at least one on the hot (red handle) row of valves needs to be in the OFF position when not in bypass. I an not at my rig now or would give you more specific nomenclature...

Smile heater bypass

Many thanks Chuck, that was the problem. Worked on it for a week. We had cold showers from AZ. to Washington.

In my 2004 41' Friendship, the water manifold has one hot-cold pair of valves labeled "Water Rally Kit." Does anyone know what this is and how it works?

It's for an exterior shower.

Have you pulled the anti corrsion plug and drained the tank. Flush it out and replace the aniod rod. I cleaned and replaced mine and everything started working again.

Had the same problem on my 99 Scenic Cruiser. Tried everything! Came to find out on the outdoor panel the hot needs to be on and the cold off for it to work. I think the opposite bypasses the water heater. There's a label on my panel that tells you how to set them to bypass.

Had the same problem, DandyDon. Took me a while to find your solution because the label on my panel had come off of my '99 Sun Voyager
