Well it is finally fixed. The 12V problem was a short in the wires near one of the lights in the ceiling. The Water Heater and GFCI problem turned out to be the same problem. Dealer had said they changed the element twice before and I guess the third time did the trick---- yeah right! After teaching them all about GFCI I told them it might be the water heater because until you fussed with it I didn't have this problem. Bingo although I had told them that before.
De-lamination problem looks pretty good although I'm still waiting on stickers.
I was a little miffed about how they fixed the leak in the slide. On the slide they put patches that go from the roof of the slide to the side wall. Those patches were put on poorly with big wrinkles in them so they obviously leaked. I told them to replace those patches but they said it was a bad idea and just put Dicor on the wrinkles. Guess I will be doing that again.
