Default 2011 Visa ERD issues?

I have a chance to buy a one-owner 2011 Visa 19ERD. I think the dealer will take $11,900 CDN. I like the floor plan, and the general style of the trailer, but after doing some research online, it seems that these trailers had a lot of problems: microwaves falling out; fridges falling out; Lippert axle breaking; tires wearing out in a matter of months. And a host of other smaller issues due to poor construction. I'm aware that in the RV world, quality control is the first owner. This unit has had one owner, and presumably he dealt with any issues. Nevertheless, I'm hesitating. Am I crazy to think about buying this trailer? It seems like a good price.

Seems a bit high to me but I have the 19rgu and have not spotted any QC issues as of yet but we have had it all of a week. Did you purchase the unit? I like that it isn’t another Forest River cookie cutter.

No, I didn't buy it. I have a line now on an Ascend, which is derivative of the Visa (virtually identical) but not so low slung, and made by a different manufacturer.
