Default 94 Conquest auxiliary battery not charging

I have a 1994 Class C Conquest. The auxiliary battery is not charging with the engine running. It charges from the generator and converter. The Ford owners manual lists a 60 amp fuse in the power distribution box, but that position has no fuse or connection. I traced the wire from the solonoid...it dead ends at a connector under the dash that isn't hooked to anything. Should this be connected to a power source or does it split somewhere else?
