Default Atwood Hot Water Heater

I have a 2006 Caveller FEMA travel trailer with a Atwood hot water heater. The problem I'm having from time to time when the heater trys to lite (three time) the red light stays on in the kitchen. After some time has past, I can relite it using the switch. I have changed out the ignighter.

Sounds like the thermocouple is going bad or the flame is not hitting it correctly.
