Default 2012 Gulfstream Aztec - Plumbing & Electrical Issues

I would like to connect with other users of this 5th wheel model purchased on 1/15/15. First time RV buyer and have a few simple questions on a few minor plumbing and electrical issues with accessories to see if other owners have had any similar problems. I have a clogged kitchen drain and water is seeping thru the coated undercarriage material and dripping on the ground. Do not understand why this would be happening. Pulled apart the trap, found nothing and now trying boiling water. Hesitant on using a drain snake on the plastic plumbing. Security & porch step lights inoperative. Appears all breakers are fuses are okay.
