Are you talking about the indicator panel with columns of 4-vertical-lights? The panel has columns for grey water, black water, fresh water, propane, and battery charge levels.
For the propane, lights all the way to the top indicate the propane tank is full or nearly so. Only one light left on at the bottom indicates the propane tank is empty or nearly so. The system is not that accurate, though.
If you go outside and look on the side of your propane tank, there should be a dial gage that indicates the level of propane in the tank. This is probably more accurate than the panel inside, IMO.
