Default 2002 Seahawk slide out issue slideout

New member first post and new to RV's equipped like this. 2002 Seahawk has 3 slideouts. 2 work fine, the third (front bedroom) has issues as follows: No response to the switch. No relays/solenoid sounds, basically dead. Tested voltage at all points on the switch to ground and to each other. No voltage. Checked fuses and breakers. Fuses good, reset all breakers just "cause." Tested again, same results. There are no manuals here to help. Any ideas? Can I access the slide out wiring without manually pulling the slide out out? Am I correct in that there's supposed to be power somewhere on the switch? Does that power come directly from the service panel or does the service panel feed power directly to the slide out and the switch only operates solenoids on the slideout or should there be power on the switch fed directly from the service panel? Is there (and where) an electrical system over-ride that powers the pump? Are there any schematics for this? Are these the right question to ask? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, everyone. Jim
