Default New to RV

We just recently purchased a 2016 Vista Cruiser 19erd. However there are a few things I don't know what they are. One is a water hook up on the outside of the unit just below the city water hook up. It's not labeled and I don't know what it is for? Any help would be appreciated thank you

bit late to help but... maybe:

city water is straight into plumbing and obviously pressurized.
the other one is usually to the fresh water tank and would require filling up if you're going to be going without city water. you'll also need to switch on the pump (maybe automatic) to get water pressure i.e. water out of the tap(s) when necessary. ensure the pump switches off when the taps are closed otherwise you'll burn it out. I imagine all newer RVs have automatic pumps.
don't fill up unless you need to because it's a lot of weight to be lugging around.
