Default 1997 Tourmaster Windshield Washer

I purchased a 1997 GS Tourmaster recently. The windshield washer is inop. The bottle is in the basement compartment behind the propane tank compartment on the drivers side. It has tubing and an electrical connection, but I think the electrical is maybe a level switch. Where is the pump for the washer located?

I hope that's right. Mine is mounted behind the grill on the drivers side and is so low I have to stand on a ladder and bend way over to get close enough to fill it. You have to see it to believe it. I can see wires going to it but I don't have a "Washer Fluid Low" light so I am thinking this is the power wires for the pump. I can't hear it run when it is active.
