Default Bed not level

Greetings. New to the group and to owning an RV. Just acquired a 2005 BT Cruiser 5230, low milage, great condition and ride. It has an electrical mechanism to convert to sofa to a bed. When fully engaged, the seat section of the sofa does not "level up" with the back section, and it tilts toward the center. Any thoughts on how to remedy this or service centers that might be good at this? We are in Morgantown, WV, travel to Cleveland, OH, Grand Rapids, MI, and Philadelphia, PA with some regularity. Thanks much!

It sounds like the frame may be bent or something is loose. Maybe look for a good auto upholstery shop. I had a guy straighten a frame on a bucket seat once at a place like that. If you can figure out how to take the cushions off it may be apparent.
