Credit when credit is due.
Our rig is just over 3 years old, and we've used it hard, so we've had ample opportunity to deal with factory service (bought the rig in Arizona, and live in Minnesota, so our dealer is pretty much out of the loop.)
Couple of the problems we should have caught at purchase time (peice of missing trim, and a defective light fixture), another problem was not the fault of GS (failed AC/DC converter), couple were simple "wear and tear" issues, and one was our fault (leaving outside shower cover hanging over a heat source).
In every case (including some not mentioned above), Gulfstream factory people 'made it right' in a courteous and professional manner, including overnight air shipment to our remote northern Minnesota camp on a 4th of July holiday weekend of a replacement AC/DC converter, even though I had a perfectly good temporary work-around in place (plain old battery charger).
For a company which is selling a mid-range product this "high end" factory service attitude impresses me.
