Default SiriusXM Onyx connection to Voyager VR180 radio

We have a 2006 Gulfstream Crescendo and would like to connect a SiriusXM Onyx receiver to the existing VR180 radio. I noticed on the back of the radio are two AUX In leads, one is red the other is white. Does anyone know if you can use the hard wire connection from the SiriusXM receiver to either one of the VR180 AUX In and the VR180 radio set to auxiliary mode to receive the XM transmission? I am trying to not use the FM transmitter capability of the SiriusXM receiver to transmit to a predetermined FM channel.

Thanking you in advance.

Default Re: SiriusXM Onyx connection to Voyager VR180 radio

Called the Voyager company I believe it's ASA Electronics and their reply was positive. I connected the direct connect lead from the siriusXM receiver to the AUX in leads (used a radio shack splitter so that I could fee both AUX In leads) and Wallace success. It works great, Camping World quoted me a price of $625.00 to do the above, I spent a total of $74.00 doing it myself (this is what I would have spent on fuel to do a round trip to Camping World).
