I am a newbie to the RV world and I need a good reference for how to de-winterize the plumbing.

I also had a leak under the shower/tub fixed that was caused by my failure to winterize, but the shop never checked under the flooring, before they put the RV out in subfreezing temps for a week. The floor split due to them not thinking to look for water in other places, ie. under the floor, as a result of the leak. Is this my problem or should they have known to look around for other places the water may have migrated to before putting the RV outside.

Any ideas would be much appreciated. Tx. J.
